Full Property Renovation – Chislehurst
This full property renovation involved extensive preparation and repair work across three bedrooms, the living room, hallways and staircase, together with a complete bathroom renovation and selected exterior improvements. Surfaces were stripped back, repaired, plastered and redecorated, with new skirting boards, radiators, lighting, door adjustments and other practical upgrades completed throughout the property.
Bedroom 1 – Repair, Redecoration and Bespoke Storage
The room was stripped back and extensively prepared before being repaired, plastered and redecorated. A bespoke cupboard was built beside the window to conceal pipework and cabling while also providing practical storage. The radiator, lighting and finishing details were also upgraded as part of the renovation.
Bedroom 2 – Repairs, Plastering and Redecoration
The walls and ceiling were repaired, prepared and replastered before the room was fully redecorated. A new radiator and ceiling light were also installed, leaving the bedroom clean, bright and ready for the final floor covering.
Bedroom 3 – Repair, Redecoration and Modern Upgrades
The room was stripped back and extensively prepared, with the old fireplace removed and the surrounding structure repaired before the walls and ceiling were plastered and redecorated. A new radiator and ceiling light were also installed, completing the room with a clean, modern and practical finish.
Living Room Renovation
An extensive living room renovation involving the removal of old wall finishes, repairs to damaged surfaces and ceiling cracks, full replastering of the walls, ceiling and chimney breast, careful finishing around the original decorative cornices, complete redecoration, and upgraded lighting.
Hallway and Staircase Renovation
A complete renovation of the entrance hallway, staircase and upper landing, including the removal of old wall coverings, repairs to damaged and uneven surfaces, full replastering of the walls and ceilings, and comprehensive redecoration throughout. The existing woodwork and balustrade were carefully prepared and refreshed, with a contrasting dark handrail creating a clean, defined finish.
Complete Bathroom Renovation
A complete bathroom renovation involving full strip-out, repairs to damaged wall and ceiling surfaces, plumbing alterations, waterproofing and floor preparation, full wall and floor tiling, and the installation of a walk-in shower, fitted vanity, concealed shower controls and heated towel rail. The compact layout was redesigned to improve functionality and make better use of the available space while creating a clean, modern finish.
Exterior Preparation and Redecoration
Exterior walls to the front, side and rear elevations were thoroughly cleaned and prepared before repainting. Weather-stained and ageing surfaces were repaired where required, creating a clean, bright and consistent finish around the entrance, windows, glazed doors, rainwater pipes and exterior fittings.
