Patio Paving and Exterior Electrical Installation – Lee Green

This outdoor renovation in Lee Green, Lewisham, involved removing the existing paving, preparing the ground and installing new large-format paving slabs across the patio and side access area. The project also included installing a new exterior socket and wall light, adding practical electrical upgrades alongside the new paved finish.

Existing Patio and Side Acces

The existing outdoor area consisted of older concrete paving across the patio and a narrow side access, with uneven, weathered surfaces in several areas. Before installing the new paving, the team assessed the existing layout and ground conditions to prepare the space for removal and renovation.

Removal and Ground Preparation

The existing paving and underlying material were broken out and removed to expose the ground beneath. The area was then cleared and prepared across both the main patio and side access, creating a suitable base for the new paving installation.

Paving Slab Installation

Large-format paving slabs were installed progressively across the side access and patio area, following the prepared layout and levels. The paving was carefully positioned to create consistent spacing and a continuous finish as the new surface extended across the outdoor space.

Completed Patio and Paved Area

The finished paving creates a clean and continuous surface across the main patio and side access, replacing the older, weathered slabs with a more consistent layout. The new paved area improves both the appearance and everyday usability of the outdoor space.

Exterior Electrical Installation and Final Details

Alongside the paving work, we completed exterior electrical upgrades to improve the outdoor area's practicality. A new external socket and wall-mounted light were installed, with the electrical routing integrated neatly against the existing brickwork and surrounding finishes.
